When a client is carrying out works by direct labour or where their builder is not Homebond registered, specialist project monitoring and advice are required. Our role is to ensure compliance with building regulations and good practice. We carry out interim inspections and give certificates to our clients' lending institutions so that he/she can draw down their mortgage.
A Certificate of Compliance is issued when the project is completed.
