Lisa joined our firm in 2004 on her return from working abroad. Aside from overseeing the administrative department, Lisa specialises in planning, having gained many years of experience in an equivalent role in Perth, Australia. She liaises with our clients from project inception, development and finalisation of planning application drawings including a spectrum of other planning related matters, such as assessment of relevant Local Authority development policies, analysis of local needs for one off housing, change of use and retention. She progresses the process through to completion, dealing with any Local Authority issues which may arise along the way.
Lisa is also involved in the preparation of our clients’ mortgage drawdown procedures, securing the necessary documentation at each phase of construction for submission to the appropriate lending institution.
