When a client intends to develop a site or to carry out extensive refurbishment and demolition works, the current condition of attached and adjacent buildings becomes an issue. We have carried out large scale Pre Development Condition Surveys for developers/contractors. Our reports record defects and condition together with identifying the location, type and extent of existing cracks. A full photographic record of the building is also taken.
We have recently completed Predevelopment Condition Surveys on over 1000 properties at Dunshaughlin, Ashbourne, Enfield and Straffan ahead of drainage improvement works on behalf of Meath and Kildare County Councils.
We have recently completed in excess of 100 surveys as part of the M50 upgrading works and continue to be involved in Post Development surveys on the Dublin Port Tunnel project.
