Relevant Experience
Noel qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1996 (ASCS MRICS) having worked with Lisney Chartered Surveyors for seven years. Noel has expertise in commercial, retail, industrial, and residential surveys. Noel is retained by many well known funding institutions, investors and developers to give advice on a wide range of property matters. He is the representative of the Society of Chartered Surveyors on the NSAI Expert Group, appraising certification of timber frame erectors. |

Noel was Chairman of the Building Surveying Division of the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS) for the 2001-2002 term and is still actively involved in the steering committee of the Building Surveying Division.
Noel is external examiner to the Building Surveying Degree course at Dundalk Institute of Technology. |

John joined the practice from Xerox Europe. Since joining the practice, John has become actively involved in a broad range of survey types ranging from commercial, retail, industrial and residential surveys.

| John has prepared a number of Fire Safety Certificate applications and has taken part in the preparation of predevelopment condition reports ahead of large scale developments such as the Dublin Port Tunnel. John has also acted as Project Manager on a number of fitouts/refurbishments and has vast experience in the area of Defect Analysis. |

Kevin returned to the practice in June 2001 following completion of his degree at DKIT. Kevin had previously spent two years training with the practice. He is largely involved in the inspection of newly built houses and commercial buildings. |

Jimi joined the firm in May 2005 having worked abroad since his graduation
from DKIT in 2003. Jimi has been involved at technician level in diverse projects including predevelopment condition surveys ahead of the Lane Cove tunnelling works in North Ryde, Australia . Since joining the firm Jimi has been involved in the inspection and reporting of condition of properties on the Enfield and Straffan Sewage schemes. Jimi has also been involved across the spectrum of the building surveying discipline |

Lisa joined the firm in 2004 following her return from Australia where she headed up the planning section of a large house building firm. Lisa is involved in all aspects of the planning front from inception to completion. Lisa is also involved in the administration of mortgage instalment draw downs where we carry out monitoring works on new properties. |
