Snag lists are items of work to be attended to by the builder before you sign the final part of your contract to purchase a property. Our inspection will be similar to a full building survey but our report will be in the form of a snag list and will include items to be finished and items of work to be corrected to bring the building into compliance with building regulations. Because most new houses are constructed without the benefit of professional supervision, the quality of finish can suffer. Homebond do not inspect all properties thoroughly and therefore a detailed snag list should be carried out before you complete the purchase of your house.
