Noel Larkin has been carrying out building surveys (Structural Surveys) since 1988 and became a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1996 while working with Lisney in Dublin. Noel set up his own practice in 1997, trading as Larkin McGovern until January 2001. Noel Larkin & Associates has emerged as one of the fasting growing independent firms of Chartered Building Surveyors in Ireland. The success of the firm can be traced to a commitment to add value to our clients' investment in property, through sound professional advice whether they are acquiring, disposing of, or remodelling premises.

Noel Larkin and Associates offer consultancy services in pre-acquisition surveys, refurbishment, planning, contract administration, space planning, fitting out works and maintenance works.

In the summer of 2001, the firm was appointed as one of the firms to act on behalf of Dublin Port Tunnel on the prestigious port tunnel project. Noel Larkin and Associates also advise NMI, the contractors responsible for the design and construction of the port tunnel.
